Mung Bean Crepe Recipe
1/2 cup mung beans
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup coconut milk
pinch turmeric
salt and pepper


Place mung beans in bowl and cover with water. Let them soak overnight.
Add all ingredients into high speed blender and blend until milky.
Place batter in fridge for min 30mins.
Cook as you would crepes.
