This day was…. DELICIOUS! But also incredibly emotional (had a bit of a catastrophic cake event…) To some, this day might look like a cheat day. And as a Registered dietitian I often get asked “How often should you have a cheat day?” and “how often should you have a cheat meal?” My answer? Pretty simple. Never. As I explain in this video they do much more harm than good both mentally and physically.

Instead, work to regain control around food and remove the need TO have a cheat day.
