Queen City Sessions is a You Tube series created by Electronic Arts students at Missouri State University. It features local Springfield, Missouri musicians in an effort to connect music lovers near and far with independent talent.

The producers of this series believe strongly in the power of local. The local mentality goes beyond just what we all buy or listen to; it’s a lifestyle. Local extends into our art, our culture and our music. Springfield is a city with so much unique talent, and we want to share that talent with the world.

Featuring four Springfield bands across twelve You Tube sessions: Barak Hill, Blue False Indigo, Funk Tank and Two:eighteen.

These sessions incorporate a wonderful blend of original music and insightful interviews with the musicians who reveal where their inspiration comes from and how they got to this point in their professional careers.
