Hi all! In this episode, I prepare my version of the famous Hawaiian Loco Moco. I was watching Matty Matheson's Hawaiian Plate Lunch video recently, and in my memory, I thought he was doing loco moco with the pasta salad. Somehow, my mind just combined the plate lunch with loco moco. Anyway, the result was delicious 👌😊👍
