Today I'm Reviewing a 2022 RAM 1500 Rebel against my 2022 RAM 2500 Power Wagon to see which is the best off road 4wd for you. both these truck have great off road features and are beautiful truck but they each have their strengths and weaknesses. The power wagon is by far more capable off road but is more expensive, less fuel efficient and rides rougher. whereas the RAM 1500 Rebel is lighter with better fuel economy and a nicer ride which still providing lots of 4wd off road capability!

I've been wanting to do this review for a while now because I think people are interested in both these wonderful trucks and want to know which one is best for them. the rebel comes with a bunch of cool features that make it great off road.

the 5.7 hemi in the rebel with the 3.92 gearing makes this truck feel fast and light and adds great towing numbers to this truck. the ability to lock the rear differential adds great off-road ability. having a 1 inch suspension lift from factory as well as a 1\2 inch wheel off-set helps with ground clearance and approach angles went on the off road trails. This rebel comes with Bilstein off road tuned shocks helping to keep you comfortable when bouncing around off road. this truck comes with duratrac all-terrain tires which are awesome tires. they are great in the snow and perform very well in all other off -road situations. skid plates are number this truck to keep all the under carriage safe. all of these features help to give this RAM 1500 rebel great off-road performance

The ram 2500 power wagon is clearly the off road favorite. two locking differentials, front and rear. a 12,000 pound winch and a disconnecting sway bar are just some of the many awesome off-road features on this truck. but there are some draw backs when talking about this power wagon. its big, and rides rougher then the 1500 rebel, the fuel economy is worse and it can be tricky to drive in small city streets.

so if you are looking for a more mild truck and don't need to added beef of the 2500 platform while still having a capable off road truck the ram rebel is a great option!

However if you are looking for the best off road truck on the market then you need to get the power wagon. by far the best option in the market and it does not skip any off road features!
