Today the XL Bully legislation comes into full effect. Owners of XL bully dogs have until midday to register their pets or they risk losing them and a criminal record.

Dog trainer and XL bully owner Kay Taiwo feels the new rules might lead to more attacks because the dogs won't get the exercise they need.
