Fitness challenge complete! I did 100 CrossFit-style BURPEES every day for 30 DAYS in a row. I learned a lot along the way and experienced improvements in body composition, posture, physical ability, lung capacity, and more. I think I even got smarter, but that's still up for debate!

Most of this video was shot on a Canon T3i (24mm and 50mm lenses) and a DJI Osmo. Audio was captured by the PreSonus M7 and Zoom H1. This video was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro.
