How To Factory Reset The Echo Pop:
1. The Echo Pop must be powered up and plugged in. You can confirm that the Echo Pop is powered up by pressing the mute button. The mute button will light up red when pressed letting you know that it has power to it.
2. In order to factory reset the echo pop you will hold down both the volume down button (-) and the Mute button (O) at the same time. You must press down and hold both buttons down at the same time for approximately 15+ seconds until the Amazon Echo Pop starts talking with you to let you know that the Echo Pop is being factory reset. Once the lights turn on and the Amazon Echo Pop tells you that it is reseting you can let off the buttons.
3. It takes approximately 1 minute after the Echo Pop says it's resetting for the Echo Pop Factory Reset process to complete. When the reset process is complete it will "Chime" and let you know that the device is "Ready For Set Up" by talking to you.
4. Once the device says is it ready for set up you can then set up your Echo Pop on the Amazon Alexa App.
