The Main Street Electrical Parade is back again, so you know that I had to go and see it! This year is special as 2022 marks 50 years since this glittering spectacular made its premiere at Disneyland Park! This year’s celebration also introduced many major changes, including an all new inclusive opening fanfare, updated text to the drum, and a new finale that celebrates the idea of togetherness!

I first saw the Main Street Electrical Parade at Walt Disney World in 2010 when I was just 9 years old. Now I am 21, almost 22, and it's still lighting up the night and bringing back all the childhood memories I had growing up at the parks!

I am honored to have seen the Main Street Electrical Parade again, especially for its 50th anniversary! Happy 50th to the Main Street Electrical Parade, an old friend.
