In this video I go through all of AQA measurements and their errors for use as A Level Physics revision. This video is not only vitally important for preparing for Paper 3 and the practical physics skills but it also has essential information for anyone starting A Level Physics.

I recap base and derived units as well as the common prefixes. There are random and systematic errors and how to minimise these, key words like accuracy, precision, repeatable and resolution. I then go through absolute and percentage error for single and repeat readings (for both readings and measurements) as well as percentage uncertainty in gradients. There are the ways that errors and uncertainties are combined to give the final uncertainty in a reading.

Don't forget to subscribe on YouTube and also sign up to my A Level website to find hundreds more videos.

Thanks for watching,

Lewis
