Join Sevara Maxsudova to explore a powerful tool that is lacking in our educational system and an important skill for educational leaders to obtain. This talk discusses the skill that could make our schools better, effectively move our organizations forward, and emphasize the importance of learning to listen, compromise, and support people. Additionally, we will learn how to achieve honest and transparent communication, which might also be both frustrating and uncomfortable. Sevara Maxsudova is a junior English Education student at Central Asian University. She is currently studying and developing in the field of education. Sevara has completed an internship at IB schools, where she applied her classroom management and teaching skills. Her ultimate goal is to become an inspiring educational leader in the future.
