2. reshape

The location of your cut is key.

To stimulate new branches to emerge for a bushier plant with a lower profile make your cut a minimum of 2-3 inches inch above a leaf node or branch junction at a 45-degree angle.

To eliminate and prevent new branches, cut flush with the branch junction
