For manual BMW models, the activation process involves utilizing the MDM (M Dynamic Mode) instead of disabling the DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) by selecting DSC OFF.

1. Make sure the engine is running and at operating temperature.
2. Put the car in Sport or Sport Plus mode.

5. Press the brake pedal with your left foot, past the resistance point.
6. Press the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor.

7. Release the brake pedal within 3 seconds when the message says “Launch Control Active.”

9. Upshifts are automatic as long as the flag symbol is displayed and the accelerator pedal is not released.
