Featured Aircraft: A319s, A320s, B737s, B747s, B777s, CRJ900s & Q400s!

Luxembourg Airport is home base for LuxAir and Cargolux operations. The airport provides some wonderful vantage points to film the action from, especially when runway 24 is active! When runway 06 is active, you instead can get right up close to them taxi up to the runway for departure!

This video was filmed on my big European tour back in 2021 and features quite a few angles around the airport with both runway directions included too. Luxembourg is a single runway airport with both an East/West direction. Runway 06 is the easterly direction whilst runway 24 is the westerly direction. Runway 06 operations will generally give you the close up taxing and spool up shots, which is featured on the thumbnail and towards the start of the video. I filmed that through the fence as there's no terrain high enough to film over the fence encasing the airport perimeter. The runway 24 operations are better for landing clips, which you get a great side on shot of the final approach and touchdown!

You'll see all the standard traffic in this video that Luxembourg has to offer, I filmed as many 747s as I could and included lots of them in this video when compiling!
