Pushing the car (& myself!) to its limits. These were some of my most aggressive laps I've driven up to this point & while I was starting the get the tires a little greasy, the car was still holding up well. Like most of the things I do with the Hellcat, the car isn't meant for a course like this, but it does better than most would think. The short, technical turns really put a strain on the brakes & tires. 5000lbs (with 2 people in it) is a lot of physics to try to overcome, lol!

Co-Pilot Steve kept giving me new lines to try & while they might work for HIS car (BMW M4 CS), they were hit or miss with the Hellcat. Was good to try out what worked & what didn't though - learned a lot!

Again, forgive the wind noise - as a safety rule, you need to drive with both windows completely down, so the wind noise comes & goes, despite some upgraded microphones.

Hope you have enjoyed watching these Motorsports Ranch Cresson laps. The last video in this series will be up in a few days & it will show how I handled loosing my brakes on the track & almost eating a purpose built 24hr endurance race car! Fun....not fun.
