Candy Cane Peppermint Ice Cream

This is the first time i’ve tried making ice cream with the Ninja Foodi Blender and it is a triumph. This peppermint flavoured creamy ice cream served with crushed candy canes would be perfect for the festive season but to be honest I think we’ll be eating it all year long.
