Here are my 5 top tips for living with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). As a sufferer of this invisible chronic illness I have found, over the past year, that these are the best things to do to help manage this condition. I am not a medical professional these are just things that have helped me and hope they help some of you. I talk about eating, drinking, staying cool and showering with POTS.
