How to recharge AC system properly and evacuate. The vehicle in this video is a Honda civic. The air conditioning is very similar on most cars. The difference is you just have to adjust the amount of refrigerant you are using and find the low and high side ports. In this vehicle I used RedTek 12a refrigerant. It is compatible with R12 and R134a. Make sure you are using the right type of refrigerant.

If you are doing this to a 2016 or newer civic you need 1234yf refrigerant, the connector is different.
