This is the first in a series of videos about 3D printing. I'm an experienced Maker and have worked with laser cutters and 2D+ design for years, but I've decided it's time to explore the world of 3D! In this first episode, I share what I've learned about the types of 3D printers available, and I also share the decision process I went through to pick the best type of 3D printer for me. 3D printing can be complex for beginners, like me, and there are a lot of trade-offs in the printing options available. I want to simplify the selection process by making those trade-offs easier to understand.
