It has been roughly 9 months since the release of one of the biggest Pokemon Card releases this community has ever seen - Pokemon 151. The nostalgia and hype behind Pokemon 151 caused a frenzy in the Pokemon Card Market and Pokemon Card Collectors from all over flocked to preorder booster boxes. The addition of the Master Ball Reverse Holo generated additional hype creating more chase cards and making a Pokemon Card Master Set feel truly impossible to complete.

During the past 9 months, Pokemon Card Fans have been able to purchase Pokemon 151 booster boxes on the secondary market for prices roughly 4-5 times the MSRP pricetag, and while Scarlet and Violet 151 came out in English, the lack of the Masterball Reverse Holo left a sour taste in many Pokemon Card Hobbyists mouths.

Finally, after what seems like eternity, Pokemon 151 is getting a booster box reprint. This news has already caused booster box prices to tumble as resellers are trying to offload existing stock prior to the reprint. However, as more Pokemon 151 becomes available, the question on many minds is how this will impact Scarlet and Violet 151? Continuing to sell at MSRP or just above, Scarlet and Violet 151 is still somewhat attainable if you know where to look, but becoming a bit more difficult than what it was upon release. Will Scarlet and Violet 151 get a Pokemon Card reprint as well? Let's talk about it.
