2:20 Conventional Deadlift
- Set feet at preferred position as if you wanted to jump as high as you can
- Use a double overhand grip
- Lower down to grab the bar
- Drop your hips
- Load tension from barbell through body
- Starting position
- Lowers slack in the bar
- Breathe in and brace
- Keep spine neutral
- Lift barbell up
- Think of pushing floor away from you
- Drive hips towards bar as you drive up
- Don’t let bar get away from b body as you lower
