Burma Peak outside of Dallas Oregon has some great trails (that you have to work for to get to them - except in November) that are well designed, but have an "old school" feel. Not the wide groomed trails of Alsea or even Black Rock. More of a natural feel. This video gives you a flavor of that with two runs down Gnomer which is the "blue" jump line next to Huck which is the big jump line.
