Do you want to prevent thieves from leaving with your trailer? Do you want a real anti-theft system? Ok here is a tip if you have a Cadillac Escalade!

The new Cadillac Escalade incorporates several new advanced features! It is possible to activate an anti-theft system for your trailer, and thus delay the theft of this one! All this through the Escalade's industry-first curved OLED display screen provides a total display area of over 38 '' diagonally, with twice the pixel density of a 4K TV.

To activate this anti-theft system, connect your trailer and in the touch screen select: trailering / settings / theft alert / choose the name of your trailer and press ON!

When a trailer is connected and the ignition is off, the Trailering App System will periodically pulse
the lighting circuits of the trailer to verify it is still connected. The trailer lights may periodically flash as a result of this trailer connection detection. These flashes may be more visible in dark ambient light environments. The flashing or flickering lights are a normal condition and the Trailering App System has built-in protections to prevent the battery from draining. When Theft Alert is also enabled the frequency and pattern of this flashing will change.

The 2021 Cadillac Escalade 2WD models can tow up to 8,200 pounds while the 4WD equipped models can tow up to 8,000 pounds!
