As part of planning for the New Windsor/Essex Acute Care Hospital, 40 User Groups made up of hospital staff, professional staff, and community members are working with expert planners, architects, and engineers to design a state-of-the-art, patient and family-friendly hospital, with the flexibility to serve this region for generations to come.
