Today we're talking about how you buy a VW and why it's changing (AND why it's a good thing).

You might have heard about 'Agency' or 'Agency Model' in car dealerships previously, or in the press, but I'm here today to explain what it is and why it affects how you buy a VW.

Note: this is only on the ID Passenger range at the moment, so that includes the VW ID 3, VW ID 4, VW ID 5, the upcoming VW ID 7 AND the VW ID Buzz (but not the ID Buzz Cargo as that is a commercial vehicle).
