Today we are making and comparing 2 loaves of the same bread - 1 is a sourdough version, while the other is a regular dry yeast version. The bread itself is an amazing, rustic, Southern Italian style bread, made using 4 different flours, which makes for amazing flavor. They are so very easy to make too!! Hope you give them a try.
