For only $50 more, the Mars Pro incorporates several new upgrades over the standard $249 Elegoo Mars, and promises both a better and safer resin printing experience. Among the upgrades is the integration of a carbon air filter that promises to remove volatilized resin and other volatile organic compounds from the air in order to decrease resin odor and make resin printing at home safer. But how well does the filter work, and is the Elegoo Mars Pro a worthy successor to the Elegoo Mars? Armed with an air quality monitor, we measure the emissions from both Elegoo Mars printers, and make a pair of adorable Baby Yoda figurines along the way!
