Quick video showing how to change the background on your MyFordTouch Screen - In this video I use Paint.net to edit the photo prior to uploading it to the vehicle. If you're having trouble following the steps in the video here they are:
1) Insert a BLANK usb drive into your computer/laptop
2) Choose the picture/s you want for your background and resize it to be EXACTLY 800 x 384 pixels
3) Save the picture as one of the following file formats: .jpg, .gif, .png, or .bmp - I recommend .jpg and that is what is used in the video
4) Properly remove USB from computer and insert it into the vehicle's USB port
5) On the MyFordTouch screen select the time at the top and enter the 'Display' Menu
6) At the bottom of the page select 'Edit Wallpaper' - Click 'Add' at the top right, navigate to the photo you want as the background and select it
7) Go back to the 'Edit Wallpaper' screen, select your photo and click 'Save' right underneath the preview.
8) That's it! Enjoy your new background
