Galapagos Islands is the most incredible marine ecosystem on our planet. Due to over fishing in our Oceans, Chinese fishermen are tempted by the lure of what seems to be an unlimited supply of fish. There is a 40 mile no take zone around the islands. Fishing boats fish along that 40 mile zone, and then at night when nobody is watching, they dip into the no fishing no take zone and fill their boats.

Local dive master Alex Ironis shares his thoughts on the increasingly growing problem that is jeopardizing the sacred grounds we all know as the Galapagos.

There is only 1 Navy ship to patrol all of the Galapagos. It is impossible to control the illegal fishing. Galapagos needs out help.

The arch has fallen, but Darwin will still remain an icon for many divers around the world. See one of the most epic days at Darwin's Arch, and learn about the problem of fishing in this short inspiring experimental film.
