In this week’s video, I show you two really easy, simple, quick and delicious meals. It’s a summer what I eat on a starch solution/maximum weight loss diet, full of healthy vegetables and delicious filling starches. I am making bulgur wheat staffed portobello mushrooms with air fried butternut squash and for dinner a large mixed salad with tofu dressing. These meals are delicious, easy to prepare, full of healthy vegetables and suitable for the maximum weight loss plan. No need to eat boring plain food to lose weight. You can eat delicious hearty meals and still achieve success in your weight loss journey.
