I bought this Kraus Faucet and sink from Home Depot. They did not have the cartridge nor did any other box store. I typed the part number on the cartridge and Kraus came up. I called the number and they were more than willing to help me. They actually gave me the replacement part and removal tool for free. I sent them pictures of what I had. I also sent them pictures of proof of purchase. Three days later my part came in the mail.
