I'll cut to the chase and let you know now. The best €20 I ever spent was on a deep fat fryer from my local discount store. I've bought fancy stainless steel ones , with bells and whistles but all of them broke down . Then I bought this one in my local Aldi and its turned out to be pretty much bullet proof and it cost €19.95. Sweet . So you can fill it with shop bought antifreeze or you can purchase pure ethylene glycol on line . Whats the difference ? Well, shop bought antifreeze ranges from 30-%to 70% water depending on brand and cost and so this water will boil off leaving you with less volume of glycol to cook the parts in . You'll have to figure that out yourself . On the plus side this accessory and technique has saved me thousands down through the years by not having to buy replacement parts . No more broken drill bits in mix chambers , no more scratched mix chambers and I cant remember the last time I bought a side seal . Ty it out . Be safe and let me know how you get on .
