This episode kicks off with a quest for Halloween inspiration within the Ricoma office, followed by an online brainstorming session for our next creative endeavor. Settling on the idea of matching Halloween outfits for the entire family, we gather the essential materials, featuring the reliable Ricoma RCP-6301 25” Vinyl Cutter, accompanied by all the other necessary accessories, tools, and equipment for this project.
Moving on, we guide you through the process of setting up your designs using the SignMaster CUT+ARMS software, which comes with our 25” Vinyl Cutter Bundles. We show you how to the vinyl, adjust cutting force and speed, and select the optimal blade level. An area test ensures the perfect fit of our design on the vinyl.
With our design weeded, we transition to the 16” x 20” Auto-Open Heat Press to conduct a trial run on a shirt. Fine-tuning time and temperature parameters, we expertly transfer our design onto the fabric. The process repeats seamlessly for the remaining garments, ensuring a stylish and coordinated Halloween ensemble for the whole family.
