Today I made very simple buns with store-bought flour and ingredients I had at home.

Ingredients:
400 g / 3 cups all-purpose flour
220 g / 1 cup lukewarm water
20 g / 1 ½ tablespoon Oil
7 g / 2 teaspoon Instant dry yeast
5 g / 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

How to make it:
I prepared in a bowl: 220 grams of lukewarm water, 7 grams of yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and mixed well.

I let it rest for three minutes. Then I add 400 grams of soft wheat flour, like all-purpose flour, 20 grams of oil and 5 grams of salt.
I mix all the ingredients together with a fork. Then I knead the dough for 6 minutes until it's nice and smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Now I turn the dough back out onto the floured board and gently press it down like flat bread. Then I roll it at least 3 times, first on one side and then on the other.
After that, I cut it into 8 equal pieces and make 8 balls of dough.
I dust them with flour and put them on a baking sheet. Cover them with a cloth and let them rise for an hour until they double in size.
Make a cut about half an inch deep. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C / 392° F for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cover with a cloth for 10 minutes to cool and retain moisture.
These super soft and light buns are ready!
