Sometimes Investing in yourself is counterintuitive but honestly it can make the most sense when it comes to investing your $1000. If you can increase the amount of capital you have to start with, then investing in the market and other assets starts to make more sense because of how well capital scales.
I also go over how to invest in the market if I was starting off with $1000.
