In this video, we are making a Kunai throwing knife for a friend using 1084 high carbon steel. We used an angle grinder to cut out the shape of the knife, then a belt sander to smooth it out. We used our simple two brick forge to harden and temper the blade. The blade was etched to a dark grey/black color and the handle was wrapped in black leather. Thanks for watching.
