Bottom round cooked then seared over lump charcoal in the Pit Barrel Cooker, ( https://pitbarrelcooker.com/?ref=mngj... ) then sliced paper thin, piled high on a kaiser roll and topped with slice onion and Tiger Sauce! Recipe below.
