In this episode, I interview my former LinkedIn coworker and recent Harvard Business School grad, Emily Carrolo. We worked together on different teams, but at the same company for 3 years. We discuss if it is okay to cry at work: where to cry, does crying diminish your power in the workplace, and is it safe to cry? We also talk about her favorite classes at Harvard, and if her HBS degree is worth it. I love this conversation with Emily because it’s advice that I wish I had known when I was 22.
