To make you as a future leader try to manage section, department, division in such a way that members follow you willingly and not because you are their boss. You might have a lot of degree, education, professional certification, skills and competencies etc. but beyond these you must know how behave with people and how to give value to the people. So, manage your work in such a way so that people follow you willingly.
You could not give direction to members in a formulary way rather you should give direction based on the degree of enforcement and degree of discretionary judgement and thereby you control the environment. You should not react big for a small thing or ignorable thing.
You should know how to react with situation; you could not believe formulary and preconceived behavior rather you can behave on certain stimulus certain behavior.
A positive stimulus will cause desirable desires to achieve the organization's objectives and desire for affinity between employees. On the other hand, a negative stimulus leads to undesirable desires to produce actions to impede the achievement of the organization's objectives and antagonism among employees.
If the stimulus is appropriate to the desire to produce the desirable behavior, the desirable action takes place and it will lead to thee expected result.
You must understand the needs and desire of members at workplace to make you as a future leader. For each person their "five levels of needs" are different, but it is necessary to try to grasp the concrete needs of individual members.
To grasp of human needs and desires, what should managers do to grasp needs and desires of individual members? Observing daily behavior of members, talking with members, listening to what others say, Seeing a self-declaration sheet. It is possible to grasp the needs and desires. It is necessary to try daily to understand members more. It is not always viable to satisfy all the needs and desires of members that managers are able to grasp (even if these needs and desires are related to problems in the workplace), Manages must make an effort to fulfill concrete needs and desires of members whenever possible.
You should pay attention to the day-to-day behavior of each of members and try to discover the cause of their behavioral changes (whether behavior is good or bad) and you try to understand the underlying and deeper motivation behind the behavior of each of my members.

Members are "people" and cannot be manipulated by managers as they might manipulate machines. Moreover, even the same member behaves and responds differently depending on the occasion and the situation. For this reason, it is necessary for managers to understand members' aspect as people. To control emotions and behave reasonably to achieve organizational goals and objectives is necessary not only for us managers, but also for our members. So, it is also necessary for us to give guidance so that our members can act reasonably.
While each member has different emotions and desires, managers tend to forget these individual differences, dealing with members uniformly, namely, in a fixed and formulary way.
It’s a way of managing people on the basis of a formulary and fixed mind-set, paying no attention to the current emotions and needs of members. This is typically exemplified through the mind-set that people are "pleased when praised" and people will "become diligent when reprimanded".
Therefore, it is necessary for managers to manage the organization, based on understanding why each individual member reacts and acts individually.
Moreover, People are diverse with different emotions and characters, but for each person the most important thing in the world is their own existence.
It is an irreplaceable existence, which others should not invade. In other words, "human dignity" in living is part of a person's individuality.
