Since October 24th 2004 you may have found yourself in legal jeopardy if you owned, built, bought, or sold an Eleanor from Gone is 60 seconds Shelby. Owners have been contacted simply for the paint scheme regardless of the year of manufacture. Those shenanigans are now officially over. The claims bought on the behalf of Denice Halicki have been dismissed in the 9th circuit and it seems she has no additional avenues to pursue in this matter.
