Recipe
Basic Milk Toast
(450g each)
250 grams of high gluten flour.
40 grams of sugar.
Salt 3g
Milk 200g
High-sugar resistant dry yeast 3g
Unsalted butter 20g
Baking temperature (reference)
Top at 170 degrees Celsius Bottom at 210 degrees Celsius 35 minutes

Upper heat 170 degrees lower heat 210 degrees 35 minutes
