vegan gluten-free sour cream and onion scones with everything bagel seasoning

2 ¼ cups all purpose gf-flour (like bob’s red mill cup 4 cup)
1tbsp sugar
2 tsp gf baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp coconut milk powder
½ cup vegan butter, cubed (i use becel unsalted plant-based)
3 green onions, chopped fine
½- ⅔ cup plain unsweetened vegan yogurt (i use oat-based)

2 tbsp plant-based milk
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (i made my own, i just googled it)
flaky sea salt

preheat oven to 450. whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and coconut powder in a large bowl.
using hands lightly crumble butter into flour until the flour perfectly coats the butter leaving small crumbs of flour/butter the largest of which should be pea sized
gently mix in green onions
gradually add the yogurt mixing with each addition until the dough is fully moistened but not wet.
flop onto a floured surface and pat into a 1-inch thick round. cut into 8 wedges. place wedges on baking tray lined with parchment,\.
brush each wedge with milk and sprinkle with bagel seasoning and flaky salt’
place scones in oven and immediately reduce oven temperature to 375. bake 15-20
