The defence for 4 of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial have written to police requesting further particulars of charges.
Adv Teffo Malesela has indicated in documents that the former Bafana Bafana Captain's girlfriend Kelly Khumalo should have been arrested alongside the 5 accused in the matter.
He says an Affidavit deposed by the leading investigating officer in the first docket, Brigadier Gininda cited Khumalo as allegedly having planned the murder.
Teffo has also asked police for clarity regarding, why an alleged warrant for Khumalo's arrest, was not executed.
