I designed this rear rack because most racks on the market are too heavy, take too long to mount, and are not compatible with my suspension seat post. For less than $30 I built this rack to carry a light rain jacket, or wind breaker.

3/8" Starboard plastic sheets from Tap Plastics, they can cut the size you need so you can buy just what you need for this project. I usually buy the scrap pieces from their scraps bin, usually 10"x10" sheets are $2-3.
