Update.I looked at a calendar for December 1999 and it had to be a day or so after Christmas and this tape had to be recorded on Christmas my dad and I were thinking now.

It will make more sense if you Google a 1999 December calendar.

Can't find the Canadian variation anywhere for this online just going through a Christmas video tape and I find it by complete accident so I thought I might as well upload it now.
