What is the hardest part of being a foster parent? We asked our foster carer, Maggie, what she had found to be the most difficult part of fostering. We often find people thinking about fostering are concerned about saying goodbye, about grieving when a foster child moves on which is, of course, a valid concern and something that many foster carers will experience but Maggie's reflections show a level of trauma informed and therapeutic understanding.
