I wanted to share with you something I’ve been messing around with for the past week, 3D printing with large-diameter nozzles. Using these larger layers, I can print keyboard cases in under 4 hours and have them be nearly as solid as my normal 0.2mm layer solid infill cases. I still think I prefer my standard 0.2mm layer cases but the ability to design, print, and build an entire keyboard in a single day is pretty cool.
