Saddleback makes the most talked about leather bag in menswear — well, in the casual heritage category. And golly, is this a casual bag, but no other company has made its mark in this niche like Saddleback. The leather's ultra thick, the bag is ultra heavy, the product is ultra expensive, but, as the company's slogan says, They'll Fight Over It When You're Dead.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on an 11-year-old bag from a buddy of mine, who has been conditioning his with Venetian Shoe Cream. I compared it with the darker bag I got earlier this year.
