This kit addresses the failure of the intake manifold PCV check valve in the Sonic/Trax/Encore/Cruze. It can also be installed as preventive maintenance if the check valve nipple still exists, as the check valve flap may be deteriorated from the back. This PCV Fix Kit applies to the following vehicles with the GM 1.4L Turbo LUV, LUJ, or A14NET engine:

2011-2015 and 2016 Limited 1.4L Cruze
2011-2019 Chevy Sonic/Aveo
2015+ Chevy Trax
2013+ Buick Encore (Excludes LE2-equipped models)
2011+ Opel/Vauxhall Corsa (Turbo only)
2009+ Opel/Vauxhall Astra J (Turbo only)

This PCV Fix Kit addresses the missing/malfunctioning intake manifold check valve as well as replacing the corrugated hose that typically cracks, resulting in a check engine light. This kit along with a new GM valve cover will fix all of the PCV issues these cars have.
