These award-winning, high quality drinking glasses are made in Germany, and come with a very unique feature – they have a strong magnet installed within the base to keep them secure and prevent tipping or spilling! These glasses won a German Innovation Award in 2018.

The glasses partner with flexible Silwy coasters (with metallic integration) and other accessories, like the Magnetic Mat (for mounting the glasses standing up). And the extremely strong Magnetic Strip - for mounting the glasses upside down or sideways - for safe storage & transit.

We put the Silwy glasses and coasters to the test with our Jeep in our review. We drove a bumpy, dirt road at a winery, with the glasses half filled with water, and barely spilled a drop. As will see, they passed the test!

* Magnetic Mat with metal layer adheres to the bottom of your cabinet or tray, so you can stand glasses up doe safe storage and travel.

Practical, and space-saving. You can take on bumpy roads, curves, braking – or big swells and waves in your boat – without your glasses rattling, falling over, or braking. Ideal for smaller RVs - like Class Bs, Class Cs, small trailers.

Summary
We had been using the Silwy glasses for about a month, at the time of publishing this review. We are actually more impressed with the Silwy glasses and magnetic system than we expected. We were initially unsure about bringing more drinkware into our RV, but now we love them. It’s nice being able to drink out of real crystal. We especially love being able to mount the glasses under our kitchen cabinet, for safe storage, transit and easy access. We would like to see Silwy make larger tritan cups (up to 16 or 20oz) and consider introducing a spice storage solution as well. These would be ideal for RVers, campers and boaters alike.

We were sent two champagne glasses, two tritan cups, a metal strip, metal mat and coaster, for the purpose of testing. We liked them so much we decided to keep them, and ordered an extra two wine glasses for use in our RV.
